Assessments and Reports

I provide independent assessments and reports either as part of my home based programmes, or as stand alone ‘baseline’ evaluations for families that may need additional evidence for statutory assessments or funding.

 I use both my own assessment tool that I am developing as part of my PhD thesis and a range of standardized assessment tools including the GARS rating scale and the Vinleland II and will provide a detailed report for each child that I see.

My reports have been used for a wide range of purposes including tribunal evidence and support for diagnosis.
